Vice President/MIS
Reports to: SVP/Chief Financial Officer
Location: Georgetown, MA
We are looking for a dynamic leader with exceptional technical skills responsible for ensuring the integrity of, and access to, all information systems within the Bank. This includes:
* Ensuring the security of customer information through maintaining policies and procedures for the information systems area.
* Chairing the Bank’s IT Steering Committee, which researches and recommends new technology, at a strategic level, to the Board of Directors.
* Managing the overall development, implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of Information Security, IT Internal Controls, and Business Continuity.
* As Project Manager, leads all information technology advancements.
* Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to the use of various technologies and information systems.
* Managing relations with vendors in all areas of information systems.
* Leading preparation of the Bank’s disaster recovery, emergency management and contingency planning.
* Preparing for monthly vulnerability assessments and penetration tests by hardening all Bank network devices.
* Managing and tuning the Bank’s Cisco firewall, VPN, and Intrusion Detection System

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, five or more years of broad-based IT experience in the banking industry, and will be Microsoft and Cisco certified or trained.
Senior Vice President, Retail Lending
Reports to: President/Chief Executive Officer
Location: Georgetown, MA
We are seeking an enthusiastic, high energy, leader to join our Executive Team. Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the SVP, Retail Lending will be responsible for all facets of the Retail Lending Department.
In this newly created leadership role, the candidate will be responsible for the expansion of the retail lending line of business by developing and executing a strategic plan that supports the Bank’s business plan. He/she will be responsible for loan origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing residential and consumer loans, as well as managing the secondary market function. The candidate will be responsible for the career development and growth of the retail lending department staff.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have exceptional communication, customer service and leadership skills. He/she will also have a minimum of five years of experience in retail lending including experience in managing mortgage lending and secondary market functions. Experience in a community banking environment a plus. A four-year degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline required, MBA a plus.

Mortgage Originators
Reports to: AVP/Loan Servicing and Production Manager
Location: Georgetown, MA
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to assist in building our growing residential lending presence on the North Shore. The successful candidates will possess 3 to 5 years mortgage origination experience that includes knowledge of mortgage financing programs, underwriting and Secondary Market guidelines. They will possess exceptional sales, communication and customer service skills. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful business development and the ability to meet established loan quality and volume goals.
Teller
Reports to: AVP/Branch Manager
Location: Georgetown, MA
The Teller provides customers with service on a variety of routine transactions while seeking out sales opportunities including cross-selling Bank products and services and making referrals to appropriate internal representatives. The Teller projects a positive image of the Bank and self by providing exceptional service to all Bank customers. High School Diploma or equivalent.
